Self sabotage coaching
Struggling to understand why you are stuck? Why you can’t seem to lose the weight you want to lose, or stick to a health and fitness regime? Becoming your best self starts with having a hard look in the mirror past the physical layers and into your mind. A deep analysis is of yourself is required and we do this through first through a very detailed questionnaire. Of which from this we will analyse and educate you over two sessions, to help you move forward on your right hand path. This two part coaching lesson will help you to understand more about your own mind, how it operates and how you can reprogram your behaviours to achieve your goals, your dreams and aspirations.
