‘You are what you eat’. What we eat, how much and even when we eat matter. Nutrition plays a massive role in how we look, feel and perform. It is very individual and no one size fits all.
3 Water
Around 60% of the human body is made up of water. It is vital for optimal function that we maintain hydration. Even the slightest level of dehydration will lead to a massive decrease in performance.
4 Movement
‘Use it or lose it’. The body is designed to move, a lot of people now do not quite simply move enough. This is a major problem for health and well being. Quality of movement is also a common problem and thus a lot of people are battling day after day with pain and frequent injury issues.
5 Sleep
The body’s chance to switch off all voluntary actions and restore itself. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep will be hazardous for your immune, hormonal and metabolic health. Getting enough quality sleep is essential for optimal levels of performance and health.
